The Educators' Coaching Institute was founded in 2006 with the intent to provide Life Coaching programs specifically for individuals in the education profession. The coaching programs at ECI provide an avenue for our clients to clarify their values, beliefs, purpose and goals. Our coaching programs are designed to support our clients as they work through their personal and professional challenges. By making the commitment to work with a coach, our clients experience an increased sense of success and greater job satisfaction.
